LONDON - British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace has said that not only Britain but also the United States is no longer a superpower.

 According to a foreign news agency, while discussing the situation in Afghanistan, Ben Wallace said that even that country is not a superpower, it is just a big power that is not ready to stand on anything. The game in Afghanistan became clear when Herat fell to the Taliban without resistance.

    The United Arab Emirates delivered thousands of tons of aid to Afghanistan.

KABUL - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has delivered 60 tonnes of food and medicine relief supplies to Afghanistan. Preference will be given to Afghan nationals living there.

It should be noted that the war that has been going on for twenty years has forced millions of people to flee their homes, the vast majority have become homeless and millions of people in the country are living in poverty and destitution. Since then, more than half a million people have been displaced who have not been able to resettle their homes.

The UAE Foreign Minister said that the food and medicine had been sent to Afghanistan on humanitarian grounds. Too bad, there is a crisis there, that's why a large number of citizens are leaving the country and moving to other places.

The United Nations is preparing nearly half a million Afghan refugees. Never before have so many Afghans been displaced, and the situation is changing faster than expected," he said. Revealing the shortage of medicine and manpower in Afghan hospitals, he said, "There could be a huge shortage of medical staff after the relocation of Afghan citizens." Two Afghan refugee children die in Poland. 

Warsaw: Two Afghan refugee children have died after eating poisonous mushrooms.

A 6-year-old boy who was recently evacuated from Afghanistan has died after eating wild mushrooms, according to AFP. A day earlier, the child's 5-year-old brother had also died from eating poisonous mushrooms. The affected family is living in a refugee camp near Warsaw, the capital of Poland. He was rushed to a children's hospital with a runny nose. 

It should be noted that 1,024 people working with NATO in Afghanistan have been transferred to Poland.

    A major European country has announced the opening of an embassy in Afghanistan.

Doha - European country Italy has announced the opening of its embassy in Afghanistan.

According to Dr Muhammad Naeem, spokesman for the Taliban's political office in Qatar, a delegation led by Mullah Abdul Haq Wasiq, head of the Taliban's mission in European countries, met with Enrico Silva, special envoy of the Italian prime minister, at the Italian embassy in Doha. ۔ During the meeting, Italy promised to open an embassy in Afghanistan. 

According to a Taliban spokesman, Italy will send its ambassador back to Afghanistan in the next few days. The Italian prime minister's special envoy said he would complete his unfinished projects in Afghanistan and continue to work with the Taliban on economic and human rights issues.
