ISLAMABAD - Former Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition in the Senate Yousuf Raza Gilani has invited the government to speak on South Punjab province saying that we had a government, we did not even have a simple majority, yet 104 amendments were made by consensus. Gone, we did not demand South Punjab Secretariat, we demanded the province, if it becomes a province then we will decide the capital.
Responding to the speech of Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi during the Senate session, Yousuf Raza Gilani said that if the government does not have majority then talk to us. He said that when we had government, we did not have simple majority. Despite this, 104 amendments were made by consensus.
Yousuf Raza Gilani said that if the government does not have a majority for South Punjab province, then talk to us, no political party has been discussed on this issue.
He said that we did not demand for South Punjab Secretariat but for the province. If it becomes a province then we will decide the capital. "We really want normal, supervisor minister, lead agent and senate seats," he said."I need to ask when the secretariat will be framed, whether or not individuals will land positions."

Imran Khan said that the rise in prices was due to increase in commodity prices globally and the government was taking steps to prevent the effects of inflation from reaching the people.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that tourism in Pakistan has increased, the government has identified tourist destinations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, plans will be launched soon for the development of tourist destinations.
