The life of Hazrat Syedna Farooq Azam (RA) is a shining chapter in Islamic history. Syedna Farooq Azam (RA) is one of those leaders who formulate the principles of life for the people and then the people are guided in their lives by their words and deeds. As well as being a believer, his biography is a manifestation of the true interpretation and understanding of Islam. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has commanded us to follow the guidance of the Righteous Caliphs and to follow in their footsteps.
Congratulations, Umar Ibn Khattab came to you (may Allaah be pleased with him). |
Hazrat Umar Farooq was possessed of such a Stronger
personality that the Holy Prophet (sws) said: O Umar! Satan is afraid of you.
(Tirmidhi) In one narration, the Holy Prophet (sws) said: (Tirmidhi Sharif)
1- Name and lineage of Syedna Farooq Azam ...!
He is very distinguished among the nobles of Quraysh in terms of his personal and family background. In the time of Jahiliyyah, the field of diplomacy was related to his family. Ibn Abdullah ibn Qart ibn Razah ibn Udai ibn Ka'b ibn Lu'i ibn Ghalib ibn Fahr al-Qurashi al-Adawi
In the eighth back of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
there are two sons of Ka'b, Marah and Adi. The Holy Prophet is one of the descendants
of Marah likewise Hazrat Umar Farooq is one of the descendants of Uday. Like
Dadhiyal, Hazrat Umar Farooq also belonged to a much respected family. His
mother was the daughter of Mohtarma Khatma, Hashim bin Mughira, and Mughira was
such a man that when the Quraysh went to fight a tribe, the army was arranged
for them. Imam Ibn Abdul Bar Al-Andalusi (may Allah have mercy on him) says
that Hazrat Umar Farooq was born thirteen (13) years after the common elephant.
In the age of Shabab, he became proficient in genealogy, wrestling, wrestling
and oratory. He excelled especially in Shahsawari. At the same time, he also
learned to read and write. (Isti'ab Tazkira Umar bin Khattab)
2- Hazrat
Omar Farooq's surname and title.
Hazrat Omar Farooq's surname Abu Hafs and the title
Farooq have both been given to him by the Holy Prophet. Allah Almighty
differentiated between right and wrong through them. Abu Umar Zakwan narrates:
I asked Umm Al-Mu'minin Syeda Ayesha Siddiqah (RA). Umm Al-Mu'minin Syeda
Ayesha Siddiqah said that the naming of Umar by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is
indeed related to the advent of Islam because before his conversion to Islam,
Muslims used to hide at the foot of Safa and perform their religious rites. He
used to pay in his homes, but when he converted to Islam, he asked. Messenger
of Allah! Aren't we right, whether we live or die? He said, "Why not, by
the One in whose hand is my soul, you are on the right path, whether you are
alive or dead." Hazrat Omar asked how to hide then...? Whoever sent you
with the truth, you will surely come out, says Hazrat Umar, so we came out with
you in two rows, one was Hamza in one row and I was in the other row until we
entered the Sacred Mosque. When the Quraysh saw me and Hamza, their hearts were
hurt so much that they had never been hurt before, so the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him) named me Farooq that day and a distinction was
made between truth and falsehood. He used to name his Companions in accordance
with their best and distinguished attributes. So he called Abu Bakr Siddiq and
Atiq and Umar Farooq and Khalid bin Waleed Saifullah.
3- Hazrat
Omar Farooq's conversion to Islam.
Hazrat Omar Farooq converted to Islam at the age of 26
in the sixth year of Prophethood. Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas narrates that when
Omar Farooq converted to Islam, there were 39 believers in the Holy Prophet By their
conversion to Islam, this number increased to forty. (O Prophet!) Allah and the
believers who have followed you are sufficient for you.
It is a disclosure from the Lord of the universes.
Similarly, he presented this Surah till the end and paying attention to it, Islam turned out to
be totally infused in my heart. Hazrat Sohaib bin Sunan narrates that when
Hazrat Umar converted to Islam, Islam appeared, he started publicly inviting
people to Islam. We circumambulated the House of Allah and offered prayers in
the House of Allah. Ever since Umar converted to Islam, we have become stronger
and stronger.
4- Hazrat
Omar's immense love for the Messenger of Allah.
He loved the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be
upon him) dearly and was a devotee of the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him). Hazrat Umar (AS) said to Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! You are dearer to me than anything
else except my soul. The Holy Prophet (SAW) said: No (O Umar! (Your faith
cannot be complete until I become dearer to you than your soul), Hazrat Umar
Farooq said, "Surely by Allah! O Messenger of Allah! You are dearer to me
now than my soul. He said: O 'Umar! Now (your faith is complete) (Bukhari, Book
of Faith)
5- The
migration of Hazrat Umar Farooq to Madinah ... !!
Hazrat Omar Farooq was a man of Brave, courageous and
blunt character. He didn't care to live stealthily nor did he care about the
foe. At the point when he changed over to Islam, he promptly reported it. Then
he arrived at the spot of Abraham (harmony arrive) and offered supplications.
Assuming he needs to deny, vagrant his kids and widow his significant other, he
can rival me in this valley. Hazrat Umar Farooq took part in the wide range of
various fights including the Battle of Badr, Ahad Khandaq Bayat Rizwan, Khyber
Fateh Mecca, Ghazwa Haneen with the Holy Prophet.
6-The title of Amir al-mu'minin for you ...!
After the death of the Holy Prophet,Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq, transformed into the Caliph.
The Holy Prophet requested of God for him. O Allah!
Islam was built up through Umar.
