2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 garlic clove
1 large onion, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 avocado
2 cups spinach, broken into pieces
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup cheese grated by you
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded chilies
1 cup shredded basil leaves
1 bunch of bell peppers (onion)
1 small shallot
1 red pepper (to garnish)
1 yellow pepper
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 tomato paste and sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated cottage cheese or another hard cheese
1/4 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
12 ounces of smoked salmon
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 medium egg cracked
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.

Directions:-
1. Take the cauliflower and tomatoes in the water with two cups of water;
2. Add salt and one tablespoon of olive oil to the pot;
3. Add the onion and garlic;
4. Pour in the water, vegetables, and herbs;
5. Stir till everything dissolves well;
6. Cover to cook for 20 minutes;
7. Simmer for three minutes to thicken the mixture;
8. Serve.
